The electrical and
control drawing outlines the main electrical drive
components and their wiring. In addition placement of
batteries and controller in the battery carrier is
described and details given of a home-build finger speed
control lever for mounting on the scooter handle bars.
You could substitute
several of the key components, eg motor controller,
speed control lever, battery condition indicator, on-off
switch etc. Reference should always be made to your
chosen motor controller manufacturer's documentation to
establish detailed wiring requirements and details of
required fuses, wire gauges etc as these will vary
according to the controller chosen.
