The main tilting
frame of the scooter is constructed from timber (mainly
plywood) with steel components at its pivot points with
the battery carrier and at the steering support.
Sheet 1 shows the
overall frame assembly and details in a parts list the
components that make up the main frame.
Sheets 2 and 3 detail each of the individual components
to be made and their recommended materials. These cover
the main ply side frames and stiffeners, the timber
fixing blocks for the steering and pivot connections and
the steel pins and brackets.

Sheet 4 describes
the build procedure and sequence and covers the order
for bonding and the assembly of the pivot components on
the frame.
